There are going to be many of the same exact items on the floor, and all in the same exact location on the floor.
Your goal is to get it sold by pricing in a clever way.  Check out an example of what might be out there.

A gently-used item is a good deal when priced at about:                       1/3 original price paid
An item new with tags still on is a good deal when priced at about:       1/2 original price paid
